Dr Ashwini Varanashi (Osteo)

I pride myself in listening, understanding and educating my patients. I have been in private practice since 2012, after graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Sciences) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy).

Initially, I joined a well-established clinic in Geelong and worked within a multi-disciplinary medical centre in Werribee. Wanting to start something new and help people within my local community, I have opened up this practice.

I have been treating a wide range of patients from children to the elderly with a variety of techniques that are tailored to suit the individual patient. I have gained additional skills in DRY NEEDLING, which has been very useful in treating chronic soft tissue injuries that won’t resolve.

Having 2 children of my own, I have a keen interest in PRE AND POST NATAL CARE, and love assisting women through their pregnancies and post birth. I have done additional training to help BREASTFEEDING mums with issues such as MASTITIS/BLOCKED DUCTS.

I have also undergone additional training to help treat TONGUE TIES in babies, children and even adults and am working in conjunction with dentists in this field.
